If I floor it off the line or a slow roll, the trans will NOT shift into the next gear unless I lift some. Anyone ever experienced this?

Yep. If I have the torque management on my smarty revo as high numerically it will do that. I will then have to lift all the way to idle for a shift. But even if I floor it right after it won't downshift as if the TV cable were too tight.
