Fixed.

Boy I sure do love our new software company. I submit a ticket and I get a answer first crack and the right answer...

The key thing is getting the right answer! Good service and knowledgable service is a rare commodity these days.

You mean vBulletin didn't do that?? :lmao: :lmao: :whistle:

 

We bit of difference between vBulletin and Invision Power Board...

 

Invision Power Board charges every 6 months as a maintenance and support fee and actually provide the ticket support for the software. Where vBulletin only charges a one time fee and only provides forum support. I'm glad to pay the bi-yearly fees to keep the spam filter, software updates, and tech support within hours to maybe a day or so.
