How not to do it!!!!!!  First of all;  to run the "thimble" thru a window without proper support, and you cannot see it in the picture, but the horizontal section is pitched downward to the vertical chimney!!!!  OMG!!!!  I can't imagine how this thing is set up on the inside........ :duh:   Darwin award nominee perhaps??? :cookoo: post-7-0-42095100-1395521664_thumb.jpg

More money than brains atleast, all stainless pipe!

That's the SuperVent brand from Menards..................I can tell by the chimney cap, as mine is the same.  Each 3 foot section runs about $65.  A  set up with a thimble thru a wall (or window in this case) requires a stainless "T" and stainless chimney pipe up from there..............which he does have.  Thing is, he doesn't have the proper chimney support or bracing, and I'm sure running a thimble or horizontal stove pipe out a window to a T isn't up to fire code.

As I said prior................I can only imagine how this is on the inside.
