What are people sayin   aboot   the  new  tv series  Fargo?     The original  movie  years ago  was quite a  tale,   and   I can't but  wonder how this series  is going to play out...

I really don't know! I have not even watched the movie........

Never heard of the TV show and only saw the movie one time and do not know why they named it Fargo, it was based in/on Minnesota / Minnesotans and only ended in Fargo. Really gave our state A black eye that will not heal.

I have not seen either the movie or the new show, but I heard that the show is held in Minnesota as well. For those who dont know, Fargo is in fact in ND, and not MN.

Probably because Moorhead sounded to sexual!!!!

 

In all honesty;  I think they named the movie Fargo because, of the way you NoDakians and Sotans pronounce it!!!  Yah hey dare!!!

I guess the  movie  'nebraska'  was  shot not too far from here.   I haven't seen it either.  LOL

 

I know  there was  quite a  'herd'    of  local   wannabe  'extras'   trying to  get in front of the cameras..   

I rented that movie a couple of weeks ago and it is a pretty good movie, it was a step away from the high dollar highly fake movies they hemorage out now days, takes one back to real life America.
