Replaced my injectors. Now #2 is leaking. Cross over tube is in. Heard it "pop" into place. Hand threaded all the lines back on.... Can't figure out why... Any and all help is welcome!

So I finally ordered and installed my gauges. I got Isspro EV2 Black Face gauges, 0-30psi Fuel Pressure, 0-1600* Pyro, 0-100psi Boost. Installed and working minus the fuel pressure gauge. I just got the last piece of that puzzle so tomorrow that will be totally functional. After I grew the cahoneys to drill a hole in my exhaust manifold it was cake work. I spent a lot of time running my wires to keep them clean looking and safe. Spent a lot of time cutting and fitting my stock a-pillar cover to get the gauge pod to fit nice and flush and as close to factory as possible. I hate when people do sloppy installs. But they look great!Pics to come soon!!

So this problem has been eating away at me for a while now. Ever since I bought this truck almost 2 years ago, it has always had a hard shift problem. It almost feels like the clutch doesn't release fully right away. I figured it was the stock hydro's going out. I replaced them with the valair HD set from DAP. It definitely helped the problem but it hasn't completely gone away. I thought at first maybe the tranny is just starting to wear out being it has over 200k on it, but it feels exactly the same in every gear. I tried adjusting the clutch pedal out farther so it gets more travel and pushes the clutch more. Still feels like the clutch isn't releasing all the way at fi…

I just threw this catch can together with some 2" abs pipe and fittings from home depot for about $30. The hose was previously hanging down just past my front sway bar so it didn't get any oil on the engine or rad but it would still drip on my driveway and gunk up my steering linkage, front axle, underside of the engine and I had a habit of hitting my forehead on it whenever I would climb under the front of my truck...so I decided to make a canister to contain the oil but still let the gasses out. It has a chunk of steel wool in front of the outlet to act as a filter and a brass drain fitting on the bottom. Inlet and outlet are 3/4 ID hose and it is zip tied securely to m…

This is my stock 01. I have added the BHAF, 4wl low 2 wl lock out, a Pac brake, heated tow mirrors, Raptor. Ibought the truck 31/2 yr ago with 169k I now have 223k. It has the 6 speed HO with 353 rears and on the last trip to UP Mi. I got 22.4 MPG. I have changed the damper to Fluid Damper as mine was falling apart this was a great mod. And ther are a few other changes that are in my sig. The Kenworth in the pix is what I drive at work. It has a 500 hp ISX with a 13 speed and 370 rears. It is a pretty good truck to make a living with.

Mine just came in the mail. I have a couple questions. First off the kit came with a sleeve to fit larger paper roll tubes. Is the Scott 1000 still the paper of choice? Second. Saw a write up somewhere about installing magnets in the filter to catch ferrous material. Is this a prudent exersize? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk - now Free

I'm wondering what the cleanest way to tap into the transmission fluid is? Deborah sent me the owners manual for a transmission filter and it shows an inny and outy fitting right next to each other for the Trans line. But shows it in a rubber line. Is there a way to do it with fittings that go into the solid line? Or should I modify the short piece of solid line and rubber coupler from rock auto? Seems that I'll need to cut into the existing solid like anyway to install the line with Trans temp sensor output fitting. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk - now Free

So far, I have what it says in my signature. Intake, Exhaust, and 75hp Injectors. The transmission was supposedly "rebuilt" according to the guy I bought it from. I bought the truck with 196K last year in February, and now it has 226K. When I bought it, I installed a Superchips Flashpaq, and ran it in Tow Performance (40hp) all the time. I sold the Flashpaq and bought the 75hp DDP injectors. The transmission doesn't hook up very well until the torque converter locks. Once the torque converter locks, the truck pulls hard and does very well. Im looking to get into another chip, most likely an Edge Juice w/ Attitude. Im expecting that running the Edge with the injectors is g…

So had the thought after changing my FASS 150 gph filter's and still only holding 13psi same at idle, driving and 12 1/2WOT. Would it be at all benifical to place a inline fuel pump between the FASS and VP44? When i changed the lift pump on our work truck only cost $150 at napa and it was a simple two wire horisontial pump with a inlet and outlet not the stock canister type and it really moved the fuel (No Gauge we bucket tested it). Would it raise the PSI or just pull the fass more with no real affect. In a sense burning the fass pump up. Just a thought kinda like a Dual CP3 on newer truck's. Any thought's?

Ordered from Deborah at We Filter It. She said if we mension Michael that we get $20 off of a system. Hope that I can complete the install without fabricating a mount? Will it fit outside the exhaust manifold and not hit the hood?

I have not found a definitive source for repair manual. Aftermarket cover too many years and motors. I really prefer old cut down tree version rather than online. Is there a good place to get a hard copy manual for my truck?
