Of offering a sale when half of what you sell is excluded from being priced lower than what the product supplier sets?  Takes good ol competition out of the equation.

 

Here is what I found while playing around on a vendors site offering a 10% off sale, go to check out and 2 of the 3 things in my cart are excluded from being priced lower. read the fine print and deleted my order........
