So I thought I had this figured out, but is the KDP an issue on the 24valvers?!

I've seen a kit fix for it on some website, but couldn't find one on genos, vulan or anywhere else.

I thought this was only an issue on the 12v

Your complicating it. Grind a fender washer into a tear drop and be done.
