I am getting the mobile skin on my laptop. 

 

Any ideas if it's a computer or website issue?

 

I've never seen this one before.

    The mobile vs computer site is decided based upon the size of your internet window.  Does it go nromal when you go full screen? If you are full screen try cntrl and - together to zoom out.

Well maybe skin is the wrong term....

 

My laptop is loading into the mobile mode (like my phone or ipad) and not like a computer. 

 

Nothing changed on my end, that I am aware of. 

 

The buttons, menu's, thread's, etc are all mobile mode.

The mobile vs computer site is decided based upon the size of your internet window.  Does it go nromal when you go full screen?

If you are full screen try cntrl and - together to zoom out.

    It is full screen. 

    Well... apparently I wasn't at 100% scale. Not sure how that happened and I didn't suspect it since the mobile site popped up. Normally in zoom scale it's the same page just HUGE!!

    cntrl and scroll will cause it to zoom. I do that all the time.

    Yes, I use those features all the time... I've just never seen it change the way a website displays before.

    The site software is design to scale the format to prevent left to right scrolling. So like Nick pointed out if you zoom in then the format automagically reformats the page using mobile setting to keep from scrolling left to right.
