I would.  I'd hate to do all of that work and have it run bad.

I would also. Are you worried about the 150's as they are?

They are just the nozzles .... i was gonna put them on a new stock set of injectors but if i need to pop and reshim anyway then thats useless ,just figured it would be cheaper that way since i already have tge new nozzles

All good brother lol what do u think the new injectors would be within spec . So in theory new nozzles on spec injectors would still be in spec right ?

Once you swap the nozzles they probably wont be in spec. I am sending a set of RV's to DAP and they quoted me $110 to rebuild them as long as they dont have to replace any nozzles. What does the shop you know want to do the work?

80 to check and then 225 to reshim .... its probably because they are the only injector shop around here

Yeah i checked them out i just hate for these nozzles to go to waste ,ill probably buy a set of dap 150's have u had good luck out of them ?

I do have a set of their 50's in at the moment. They replaced a set RV275's. I bought the after market w/o bosch bodies. I did this to save on the cores because I am going to have the RV's redone and am on budget. I am having to turn the fuel down on my comp to keep them from smoking. I have only had them for a couple weeks and have not spoken to them about it. It does clear up after the turbo spools but the rv's were much less smokey, only a little puff until spooled. To be fair I do have some small boost leaks and my turbo has 395k miles on the OE. So there are other forces coming into play I believe. They do make good power.

We do have several members here that are using DAP injectors with no issues what so ever. It would be good to get some of their opinions for a proper review.

You might even give them a call and see what they would charge to put yours together also.

You know any members that would be willing to pop and set these things for me that i could ship too

That I do not. Might be someone but I have not heard them mention it.
