Posted December 16, 20177 yr Replaced my head lights and now the bright indicator light stays on. Using the dimmer switch, I can see that the lights toggle from dim to bright. Had the batteries disconnected as well. Any ideas?
December 16, 20177 yr did you install a 9006 in place of a 9004 or the other way around? that's normally what that means.

December 16, 20177 yr did you rewire your plugs for 9007? the issue you are having is a result of the wrong wiring. Note the difference between 9007 and 9004.
December 16, 20177 yr Author I am assuming it is an adaptor plug that is in the system. Plugs into the original wiring then into the lights. The lamp assembly is not original.
December 16, 20177 yr Whatever it is, your bight light issue is related to the pins not being correct for the bulb. Get the multimeter out and pin the truck side for ground, low and high
