The best I can provide is that all sensors should be present and hooked up. Here is power distribution...

  • 1. Yes, but see #3 2. No, but you need to ensure everything’s properly fused with the Ford box.  3. No, all the sensors need to be from the year of the ECM, and hooked up to run.

Little trick to bypass all the sensors, ECM and everything. Basically you want to supply power to the VP44 pump alone. It will start and idle only.    https://www.bluechipdiesel.com/troubles

the ford fuse box is not with the engine just imagine i have the 2 engines with harness but i dont have fuse box i try many times to start  just with the 6 cables to the battery

the fuel pump work and the vp44 click

so that tell me maybe he is right..... the pump send diesel to the injectors but i feel i miss something like when you turn the key to start something like that

i know i dont have any other cable from the inside

:cel:

Is the Ford fuse box installed? You should be able to tap into the OEM wiring harness for things like ECM and fuel pump power.

Are all the pigtails from the harness connected to sensor on the engine? All the sensors are utilized but some are vital.

its not installed...yeah i have some of the wirings so tomorrow maybe i can do another trying

almost all the sensors are connected just the fuel filter have 2 but they are diferents

As for starting these engines you'll need to reprime the fuel system which is most likely got air in the system. So bleed the fuel lines to the VP44 and crack open 1,3,4 injection lines and crank till fuel sprays good or just about starts. Tighten then fire it up. As long as the grid heaters are disconnected you could give it a "very very small spray" of starting fluid to help it along.

yes i do that and it split on my head diesel so i know for sure the fuel pump work lol i just use a lil

bit of starting fluid and the engines sounds like is alive but when i stop spray it shut down
