My truck has started missing again replaced the injectors thought it was fixed. Now has a miss between 1100 and1200 RPM no load. Hàve checked the Ac noise, cleaned the grounds, removed the vanaken tuner. Have a cam sensor haven't installed it yet.  Don't know where to go from here, this has been going on for a while now. No codes, any help would be appreciated. It is a 1998.5 basically stock fass DDRP 15 to 17 lbs constant

230 bar is junk.   293 to 327 bar is stock range. Stock set is 310 bar. Might explain poor running.

Will a ECM from a same year truck automatic work in my truck to test it , mine is a manual, or will it Vin lock?

And from what I understand for testing purposes you could put a different ECM in but it has to be pretty close four years and options, they did not recommend driving it that way. I do not believe they Vin lock themselves, that's a smarty thing.

Well I got my truck back today.  The problem was a injector, I had put a bad one in don't know why they didn't catch it when they installed the tips. It now has a set of RV 275s in it.  While it was in for repair I had the clutch replaced, leaking wheel seals replaced, valve's adjusted and transmission output seal.  Getting ready to tow the RV next week to check it out. Ran great on the way home, finally no miss.  The mechanic treated me good on the price.  Anyone have trouble near Waynesboro PA message me and I will recommend a great desel mechanic.

Thanks to Moparman1973 for taking the time and give me recommendations they were a great help.

Thanks to all members for their comments they were all taken seriously

Awesome... Enjoy the great running engine.

Back when I first joined this forum I had an issue with my 01 running weak and too clean. I ended up putting a 6 pack of new Bosch RV275 injectors, new map sensor, and Airdog lp. A while later I came upon a great deal for a Smarty S03. I'm content with the engine performance now with the smarty set on fuel saver.
