Just wondering where this ground attaches on a 2001 Dodge. I am not sure I changed the fender two years ago and noticed it yesterday hanging. I looked in the ground location in the service manual but can't find it. I can't believe I missed it years ago maybe ground for ABS. I would like to know before hooking up to the wrong area I know it is ground... but just wanted to put it to the right spot.

Most likely either the cowl or the front of the fender near the headlight. I don't know any others.

Leave it alone. Mine is the same. When I grounded that it made everything go haywire

That ground wire is attached to the inner left fender with the bolt that secures the PDC.  This is the same grounding point I used for my fuel pump relay.

 

Yes that looks like the spot for it I will have a look today and hook it up looks like it will reach there.
