I’ve changed the cam sensor and the crank sensor but the code keeps coming up, I have also chased down all the grounds and cleaned them along with connectors.. I have 5v to the orange at every connector and or plug I’m at a loss for words right now 

Head over to the OBDII error codes and do the wire testing.

I replaced the ecm and pcm everything was fine for two weeks now im right back to the p0341 and no tach. I’ve replaced both crank and cam sensors and still the same problem truck is causing me a headache 

start probing the wiring between the ecm and the sensor and verify nothing is busted / brittle / or bad connection.

• ECM
