Can anyone tell me the length from bolt to bolt of a DT or DOR track bar on a stock to 3” height. I have the DT bracket and am going to make a bar for it but want a ball park measurement before I install the bracket.

  • I have 1in spacers. They were adjusted and set for when I had 2in spacers and were within 1/8in so I left them as is when I went down to 1in. Front axle appears aligned to me still.

your best bet is contact CJC offroad, of course BD or DOR can offer the same....BD probably alot faster...but an outside vendor will offer the info with more ease.

i think my synergy bar is roughly 39.25"...very close to carli if i recall.

I’m specifically looking for bar length when using the DOR/DT style mount. It’s a straight bar not the typical 3rd Gen conversion. I tried to deal with DOR but they didn’t want to do anything but sell me the entire kit. I ended up getting just the mount from DT which still costed nearly $500 after shipping and US-CDN conversion.

I can try and get you that info but it may be a while. @trreed is a lot more nimbly bimbly then me and could probably check quicker for ya!

you are gong to make it adjustable correct ?

it shouldnt take more than a couple hours to fabricate,

have materials ready...install bracket and measure...maybe trim to length and weld insert.  Paint.

34in for the bar (not including threads or locknuts)

38-1/8th from center bolt to center bolt

Both are approximates give or take a bit but that’s about as close as I could get measuring/holding myself.

I already have an adjustable bar built on a Chevy that doesn’t need to have it so I’m hoping I can use that hence the need for measurements.

Okay great thank you! Is your truck stock height or how much lift does it have?
