Trans temp & O/D light on dash

Driving down the road truck goes out of o/d and the o/d and trans temp light comes on then goes back to normal.

you eitehr have low fluid or your fluid temp is too high.  

 

or the sensor in the trans is bad.

The trans temp light doesn’t come on everytime  it kicks out of o/d. Is the temp sensor part of the govenor sensor inside the tranny?

It's in the VB.
