I have bought a couple files for the quadzilla but they aren't opening on my Samsung galaxy tablet. It's saying that I need an app to open these files and the iquad app won't import the files either!?!? Any fix to this?

  • I would do a boost leak test.    Guessing you blew a intake gasket or tore a boot someplace.

Samsung device has had issues about importing tune files. There should be a IMPORT button in the Custom tune area. Typically Android if the iQuad app is open and you tap on the downloaded file it should open directly to iQuad app and import the tune.

When you contact Quadzilla about this make sure to give them the info on the device too. Android version etc.

This has directions on how ot use the import funcitons

Alright guys, so i had to switch devices. Once I did I had no issues what so ever with importing tunes. But then found out I had to flash my unit. But that went good and was fairly easy. But now I'm having issues with the actual performance of the quad adr. I'm not really getting any positive results. I've tried the base tunes, the fun daily, I even tried the anti torque management tune which was suppose to be the most aggressive tune for the quad. The data log said I hit 26 psi of boost?? But the first night I tried it with it just on pl10 base tune I got 52psi? Idk what's going on, but I'm thinking about reverting to my edge drag comp unless I can figure out why it's a turd on my truck. I have bw63/68/14 non gated, 150hp dap injectors, airdog2 165, with a 5 speed trans. Any help would be appreciated.

Data log a wot run and post it.

So the one with 28 psi of boost is the anti torque management tune and the last bottom 2 pics are the logs for the base tune on lvl 10.

What level did you have the anti tm tune on?

Export the datalog and post it in hole so we can see everything.

Try going back to the default tune in your tune list.  Go back to lvl 10 and try again.   Does it boost to ~50 psi again?

I wish the EGT was hooked up but from what I can see the canbus fueling command is VERY aggressive, but boost is not coming up.

If I was to take a blind guess I would say you tore or blew a gasket / boost / intercooler on the default tune and you have a HUGE intake leak.

If the default tune does boost high still, load the anti torque tune, change to to the highest level, go down and back up 1 level if it is already there,

Go out to an empty stretch of road.  Stop > go WOT from a stop until 80 mph and post that data log.

I am guessing it smokes like CRAZY right now.

I did try the base tune again on lvl10 and same scenario. Low boost, not a whole lot of power. The truck is also having a very hard time getting up to those higher rpms. It takes forever it feels to get up to that 2700-2800 ish rpms when I did that datalog. And as for smoke, it smokes kind of heavy at low rpms for a second or 2 but still not as much as the edge drag did. It clears up about 98% after a couple seconds. And another symptom I dont understand is, when I'm at wot and let off, I just get a slow pshhhh from the turbo. Before, the first night I had the quad, it would fuel hard and I'd get the too toosh when I'd let off from wot. I'm at a loss. And egts are kind of higher than usual I hit 1300's for a sec and then I ended the wot run. I'll run that data log that you want and send it. And in the mean time I'll start looking at all gaskets and boots.

I would do a boost leak test.    Guessing you blew a intake gasket or tore a boot someplace.
