i dropped my tank to not only get it ready for the install but to really look at it.

anyway, I broke off the connection to the fuel line and noticed that the line - to the frame - had been crimped the whole time and always wondered why I got hesitation at WOT.
question, do I need the fuel line or not ?
i highlighted the culprit.
