Engine wiring harness question

I have a 99 24v automatic. I was wondering if the engine wiring harness is the same as a manual. My harness was hacked from previous owner and found a good deal on another one, but it’s out of a manual truck. Thanks in advance.

They will be different but how much I dont know. i think you would have to compare them side by side. The auto tranny does have wiring connections the manuals do not.
