I have a 5sp with a pedal That I have to push almost all the way to the floor and it engages low also. It did this before and after a clutch install. Do I need a new clutch slave cylinder? 

Air in the hydraulics. Pull it back out hang the system vertically and bleed it back out. Nearly impossible while installed in the truck.

I didnt know I could bleed it. I guess brake fluid to fill? Thank you.

Ok, tell me how to find the article? I went to what i thought was. It said transmission and transfer case i clicked it. Then i got what i thought was a search bar typed in clutch and i think i posted the word clutch. Lol
