Trying to find doors for these things is about damn impossible where I am without rust. I found a 1999 1500 ext cab with manual doors. Would these work in my 02 ext cab. I have my old panels and wiring still. Would the mirrors mountains be the same aswell?

Yes, the doors are quad cab specific 98.5-02 Ram 2500 and 3500, and 98.5-01 Ram 1500 quad cab pickups. 

 

You cannot use doors from a 94-97 extended cab as the lower rear corners are round and not square.

 

Regular cab doors will not work regardless, as they are different as well.

Ah I gotcha, these looks squared so they should work I assume. Mines an 02 3500. Would the flag style mount be the same?

I'm not sure what "flag style mount" is, but the mounting areas for the door mirrors will be the same for 2nd gen Dodge pickups - 94-01 Dodge Ram 1500, and 94-02 Dodge Ram 2500 - 3500 all use the same mirrors.

Check this place out Minton Motors inc. a salvage yard. Nothing but Dodge trucks. I believe they ship.
