All your testing are no good. You need a DVM capable of less than 2 volts AC with multiple frequencies, not just 60 hz. A household DVM will do this, which is why your test data is confusing.

Incorrect. The purpose of the test is to see how much AC ripple is present FROM THE ALTERNATOR while the alternator is charging. Just make sure the grid heaters have finished post cycling

2001 ram 3500.. edge comp/smarty ..
So been having a problem with a stutter under throttle .. 3/4 ish throttle.. I re adjusted the factory made no difference and tps% was reading 8% at idle 77% wide open .. I ordered a timbo which I think is a rip off but anyways.. installed it now it want read below 13% throttle at idle .. I removed it from bell crank to make sure and still 13%.. so I installed it and when I did the adjustment procedure.. I had to move the idle screw in all way to the bottom to get it to move and now my throttle is around 1/2 way.. yes its int the range it called for 580-700 its at .666 and I moved till it voltage came up and then turned back to volts went back.. throttle feels good and stutter done seem as bad but not with idle at 13% CANT get my high to kick on because of it .also remove factory from bell crank and throttle read 1.6% but when goes on bell crank was 8%..also I can not get my obd reader pickup anything for the iat sensor just says n/a and checked connections all are good
