I found an engine wiring harness off of an 02 auto. does anyone know wether it will work on my 02 6speed?

sorta.. you'll possibly need to change a couple connectors at the trans, but it should work, aside from that.

Additionally,

I'll add that my '96 (albeit older) was originally an auto truck. I converted it to 5speed, and ran the auto harness for several months. My only illnesses with it were that the Trans Temp light stayed on, and and I had to change 2 connectors at the trans.

Later, I swapped to a manual trans harness and ecm, because someone was in search of one to swap with their manual stuff, so I did.

well itold the guy on comp d i wanted the wiring harness he had for his $75 price. asked how much with shipping and he said how about $250. i dont think i will be buying it.

Pop over to Cummins Forum, there's a guy there selling a bunch of stuff from an 02 6spd and I see he has the complete engine harness for $100 if that'll help you . His name is bradly 59dzl

turns out the guy was talking about the wiring harness thru out the truck and not just the engine wiring harness. i am back to $75. i beleive i confused him. not hard for me to do.
