Works well ( console does not close ) shifter is far enough the cup holder does not get in the way at all I drove with it all day today not a problem

reverse 2nd and 4th gears clear

    you should be able to adjust the striker pin up to allow the console to close, should have come in the instructions. Pics look great ill be ordering one friday!-Jordan-

    my shifter is alot closer than yours. it is only 2 1/4" from the console. i put a new shift tower in with my tranny swap and i have read somewher that the later 5600 had a differant bend on the tower to get the shifter closer to the operator. it does feel alot closer than my old one.

    well im gonna go ahead and buy it and if i dont like it or it gets in the way ill sell it to the guy across the street with an auto :lol:-Jordan-
