This thing has over 300 k on it and still running good with stock everything. I am thinking of removing the cat converter for better flow. I am a little worried about noise and or other problems - has anyone had experience with this?I bought this truck with alot of miles on it - I had previously had one just like which seemed to have more power and be less congested... my imagination? I am thinking those kind of miles are going to amount to accumulation of stuff plugging up the cat- Your input please........

It could be possible that the CC might be a little dirty..You may pick up a little flow, but it'll flow out, what's flowing in..

'03 CR Dodge Cummins trucks DID NOT have a kitty!!!!!!The kittys were added with the start of the 325hp 600ft. lbs torque engines in the '04.5 model year.:smart: The first CR's............'03-'04 didn't have them. Is it a "resonator" you're looking at???

03's did have kitties, if they were CA edition trucks. 49 state trucks did not. Take a peak under it and see what's there. If there are 2 bulges in the exhaust you have a kitty, one bulge and no kitty.
