What is the easy to get water out of the fuel tank? without removeing the tank

I drained about a pint out and in 2 days there is about three tablespoons of water settled to the bottom of it

I'm presuming from your filter separator... just keep draining the separator & let it do it's job. How'd the water get in there? Cap on tight? Unreliable fuel source? Might have to check the fittings on the top of the tank if this persists.

My tank is full, This just started when i filled up at AC&T should of suspected something the maintence man was working on the diesel pump.
