I'm glad you didn't take it that way the way it came out wrong and I just got the truck about 4 months ago cause I've always wanted a diesel (if I had the choice I would go back because of fuel and maintance costs) its more of a daily driver I don't haul anything but a couple 4 wheelers from time to time.

 Thats where the trouble begins! Before you know it, you will be finding an excuse to use it more!

Here's my 33" Hankooks on stock rear suspension and a 2" front leveling kit, for reference. 3.55s, 6 speed.

Who in there right mind would set a truck on 35s with 3.55 gears what would I need to do to make it sit on 33s level?

I have 35s with 3.55 gears and don't have any problems at all. Not sure why you think it is too much tire.

I also am running 35's with 3.55's. With the 6 speed I do ok. I also like running over 70 and still be around 1700-1800 rpm's. I just have a 2.5in level kit up front and stock in back. Looks almost exactly level when unloaded.

Yes my truck runs about the same but its not near as quick as trucks with 4.10s and my egt get so high trying to accelerate in the highway with no load on it.
