I just installed my gauge according to genos garage instructions using there universal fuel hose not much drive time yet but every thing seams to be working good i have 14 lbs pressure at idle 11 pounds cruising and 9 pounds wot.As of yet guage reading is steady no eratic movement.

Sound like your lift pump is getting weak... Minimum lift pump ressure is 10 PSI... planning on either a air-dog 100 or rapter 95 up grade as soon as i can.

With the fuel pressure gauge present try and keep the pressure up as much as possible... You might want to add a dose of 2 cycle oil, biodiesel or similar to protect the Vp44 during low pressure moments...

Plus having a 5 psi drop in pressure is telling you the pump is not able to keep up with the demand. Baby the skinny pedal until you get your upgrade!
