Getting ready to order boost/tranny temp/EGT gauges soon. From what I've read, I need 0-1600 EGT, but not sure range of boost gauge. Is 60 PSI boost good enough? Also, anyone running the tranny cooler line from dieselmanor which is already t-fitted for a sender? http://www.dieselmanor.com/dm_products/DM-CLG2.asp

60 is plenty. Mine is only 35 and thats about right where I max out. I think I would get a 40, though I don't think you will be seeing much over 30-35.

Mine barely hits the 35 PSI pin... I could turn up the wastegate more but why? Ther HX35 is only rated for 35 PSI anyways...

Thanks for suggestions. How about that tranny line in my post, anyone using it, or something similar. From what I've read, I don't want to tap the pan, but want the hot line to the cooler, and to keep the probe out of the mainstream of the fluid flow. Thanks again.

I am running the factory cooler line from chrysler with the temp sender port in it on my 02. Looks like the price is the same as the factory line so its your choice. That one looks like a well made unit, I do not like that the sender port is at the cooler end instead of the tranny end though. The factory line has the port about 2 inches from the tranny fitting. That line is the best way to go for the most accurate tranny temps also anyhow.

Do you think having port on cooler end of the line will make that much of a difference? We're only talking about a little over a foot, and I can't see temp dropping that much in that short of distance. Just curious. I guess if doing heavy towing, maybe the small drop in temp from the short difference might be critical - just thinking out loud.

Probably just a minor difference if any...........Just throwing my preference of opinion at it.:2cents:
