  2. Anyone ever messed with the door hinges? The spring popped off the top hinge awhile ago and im tired of the door not staying open. I still have the spring it just looks like a PITA to get back in..... Any insight....TIA
  3. Been awhile but remedied my problem.....i installed a fused jumper for my fogs to stay on when lights are on high and the problem went away. Weird ....oh well maybe it'll help someone else
  4. I just figured the stanadyne winter blend might be the best of both?....lube and anti gell Idk tho.....never seen the stuff nor do i know whats in it
  5. Any update MM? Anything new....
  6. What bout stanadyne? I believe they make a winter additive....
  7. Correct me if im wrong, but IIRC mixing power service and 2stroke is frowned on (not recomended)....seems ive seen it somewhere on CF
  8. The sport lights are definately an upgrade. I went with the headlights you listed and they are fine. i think i got the pair for around $150 on ebay.
  9. whats the 1234 pins on the HID bulb and the HID solenoid?
  10. im jus wondering if my issue is ground related? my bulbs are grounded to the fender on each side....would it be better if ran to the - terminal on battery? like i said, they work properly as long as the fog light control part of my switch is off (pushed in).....with the fogs on (switch pulled out) the highs stay on after switching from high back to low...push back in and the highs go off. there has to be a reason...
  11. whats the purpose of coming off of 87a on the low relay and going to 87 on the high? isnt the 87a a NC contact? wouldnt that allow the high to always be on when in low?
  12. the best bang for your buck is to build your own.... i bought one from a vendor and has been a PITA. they didnt supply any instructions/labeling. The harness is ok but nothing special...appears to be 18guage wire and 2 of the connectors were miswired. checkout this write up i found while searching for info... https://www.dropbox.com/s/ikcqdc47e7epyul/Headlight%20Harness%20Instructions%202014.pdf?dl=0 its a fairly simple setup and would be easy to build....i was just pressed for time and ended up buying one that was supposed to be plug n play...
  13. im having a similar problem with the DAP harness... did you ever find out the source of your problem?
  14. would a diode in the trigger wire remedy the issue?
