yup checked it and it does turn.

how do i check if theres a leak? i've replaced this already and it wasnt broken. this i didnt know, how do i check that? i also noticed that turning right i get a blast of hot air when the engine is up to temp.

I have the same problem as the OP but I changed the heater core and I still don't get good heat like I use to. what I've done: changed heater core, flushed system, added cummins t-stat, replaced blend door motor shaft(wasn't broken),all 3 blend doors move(glovebox,2 under dash) Symptoms, now that its colder out, upon start up the windows fog up, the hot/cold regulator doesn't regulate so its either cold or hot no in between. water pump works well no leaks.so im at wits end! any input appreciated.

i run Motomaster 265/75/16 M+S in the winter on my stock rims, 285/75/16 Toyo open country on pro comp 1032 in the summer. I gatta say these Toyos impressed me there good on the highway & on snow ill be getting my second set next summer. The stock Michelins didnt do well for me at all, highway ride was horrible and even worse in winter only good thing was they lasted for 90k

i just installed injectors this weekend and to purge it i bumpstarted twice and had injector line #1 & #3 loose for a bit and tightened them up and worked fine.

I added amber LEDs lights to my mirrors and 4 amber LEDs above my side steps 2 on each side. right now there just running lights cause there 2wire I havent figured out how to make 2wire into 3wire so I can them as turn signals also. LEDs do take less amps and your turn signals will flash faster, just add a load resistor and it will go back to normal.So since we're on the subject anyone know how to make a 2wire into a 3wire ? :confused:

so did you ever get anymore info? i tried again and nothing i'm debating returning it as they said that they would have the X-Gauges for Dodge in a year but its been 2yrs ...

my '02 with non-heated/power had the plug under the carpet under the driver side seat

i have the original DSS with a Thuren TB and it helped out alot with the wobble

the person that use to email me back was Ron DeLong I have his email if you want it, maybe anybody that has a ScanguageII can email him about the X-Guages and why they dont have them for Dodge Diesels :thumbsup

not to hi-jack but I've been emailing Scanguage for the past 2years about when they are going to have the codes for the X-gauge for Dodge. When I bought it they said 2-3months and they'll have the codes I emailed them 4-5 times since with the same response now there not even replying to my emails. Have you inquired about the X-Gauges MoparMan?
