I have one off a real low mile 01 but it may or may not be full of water. Its in my parts truck at the moment.

As long as it dont die i think i can live with it. Could you have the boost offset set to 1psi so it never hands fueling off it stays controlled by the quad?

Im still working on a tune with my 7X13 sac at 365bar. When i come off the throttle or even just idling in gear and push in the clutch it acts like its going to die then over compensates and revs up and so on a few times. you can see it on my graph. Also any tips on my graphs? So far starts good like stock but also trying to tune out the loss of power right off idle. Tons of power on tap.

Is that a nv4500 or a nv5600?

I have to ask as it is driving me crazy @dieselautopower what is this nut for that came in the box with the injectors? Am I missing something or did y'all throw this in to confuse me and get a good laugh?

I just picked up a hy35 from a buddy to get me by let's see how long this last.

Max boost 46 Max egt 1668F I may have had a little bit of wire tap on. None taken im always looking for a reason to upgrade.

It was a hx35 off my 12v. The hx35 that came stock took a dump on me shorty after I got the truck a few years ago. I have a he351ve sitting in the garage but I'm not sure I want to go that route but you do make it look tempting.

I loaded up @Me78569 large injector stock turbo tune as a starting point. Pulled onto my favorite go fast back road and proceeded to grenade my turbo mid first pass taking it fairly easy. Now im looking for a new turbo...

Injectors are in and all i can say is wow. Big thanks to @dieselautopower for the injectors. going to start tuning and ill get some logs if i can get that figured out.

Im a desert rat I dont like this cold weather. I wont complain when its 110F or im working in a 130F attic but this cold kills me! I am currently about 1/3 of the way into getting these injectors in.

Just got my DAP 7x13 sac 365bar. I might get them installed but it's a bit cold out right now at 60f. More info to come.

I re flashed my box to 2.7.3 which i was running and it set the boost back to 0 or 1 when cold with key on so problem soolved there. Going to go ahead and flash the 2.7final.

Had something weird happen that I'm having trouble figuring out. Psi on the quad is off 13-14 psi but that just started. Was always off 1-2psi but parked my truck late one night and left my dome light on and then in the morning truck started fine but psi was off more now and even displays 13psi when truck is off but ignition is on. Thinking maybe a lower starting voltage invited a gremlin in. Maybe reflashing the quad will fix? I know I can adjust the boost offset but since it just happened I'm thinking something else is needs to be looked at.

I guess the "when" is when in the rpm range the vp will be tapped out?

Its a dynomite dyno it is a load cell type I know for sure. Iv had my 12v on it in the past. I will get with him today and see what he can do. I also have a hard time making time but after Christmas my busy season will be over so ill have time to play.

@Carbur8tr My bud with the dyno is in the Houston area just wondering if you were closer than me. we could get some discount dyno time from him. @kzimmer Injectors are boxed up and should go in the mail tomorrow. After closer inspection the bodies look good but the nozzles are a little nasty but we shall see if they are salvageable.

@Carbur8tr where are you located in Tx?

I have a set that came out of a flood truck. A little rusty but they may be salvageable if your interested.

Depending on how much they cost from dap i may get two sets for some back to back testing.

Per my other thread im looking at 7x.013 or 7x.014.
