Damn that stinks, I had multiple guys tell me this is the turbo I needed for my truck and what I have done and want to use it for.

So 4.88s and what size Injectors if I was to upgrad them? Also how do I determine which axles I have?

Alright will check that out for sure, didn’t realize Gearing would effect EGTs that way.

I believe it’s the stock gearing I’m the 3rd owner of the truck and when I bought it the previous owner told me they never touched the rear end.

BWS364SXE waistgated .70AR T3 HX40 this is the turbo Powerdrivendiesels reps recommended for me. I ordered it before I joined this forum.

I’m also having an EGT issue was hoping a new turbo would really help. It hasn’t quite made the difference I was hoping for. Cruising around my egts are 8-950 and normal freeway driving 65-70 I’m pushing 11-1200. I have a 99 with 125hp Injectors, S&B CAI, 4 inch exhaust, BWS364SXE and a quadzilla. My worry is when hunting season comes around having issues pulling my 5th wheel. Anything I can do or check to help lower my EGTS also my MPG is 14.5 and has dropped since the new turbo from 16.5

@Quadzilla Power how do I go about sending my box in to get the V2 update

I ordered it through DAP with Injectors

My box is maybe 6 months old I just got the system. How do I update it? I figured it would be pretty much up to date

I believe everything is up to date

I went to install a custom tune this morning and the app told me that 33/43 variable didn’t load. Anybody else ever have that issue?

@me78569 any chance if I sent you my trucks mod list you could help get me on the right path? In the general area at least so I can work from there I'm in no hurry i just know a good tune would definitely help with towing and DD

I’m sorry I’m not to savey with the tuning aspect of everything, I’ve ran the basic QZ tunes for the past 6 months, and have a HemiFever tune for my other truck. I’ve done no actual modifications to any tunes or curves

Does anybody know who has the OS system and uses the radio as their monitor? Really like this idea and was looking at upgrading my radio and speakers any ways. Hoping I can kill 2 birds with 1 stone

It’s my daily driver I mainly just use it to monitor everything still working on the whole custom tune thing to help the truck get better MPG and lower egts

Youngblood24v What radio are you looking at to do that with?! That is a GENIUS idea idk why i didn't think of that, my iPhone7plus is a little big as well.

Hey guys I'm new to this forum and in some need of help creating and figuring out the tuning aspect of my quadzilla. Was curious what every body is running for a daily driver tune, a tow tune, and a power tune. Im not exactly sure or to confident with how the can bus works on the tunes and would much rather get some intel then severe trial and error. Looking for custom tunes for my truck listed below.
