  1. I would like to reach the 400 horse mark or a hair more. I have intake, exhaust-5in and ATS 3 piece, raptor 100, 13in upgrade ceramic Kevlar clutch.Would I be able to support 100s for injectors or what do you recommend? I am taking the head off because i have a tiny dribble of coolant directly behind no6, coming from in-between head and block. So just get it decked and valves inspected?
  2. Pulling the head off my 99 24 valve. Should I just get it decked or should I do some work? Found a guy that can install a big valve kit. Pickup has 170000. Also want to do some injectors and possibly a turbo.... Any suggestions? mountain high performance- for the head workturbo?headstuds-ARPinjectors?Let me know your guys thoughts. Intend on mostly daily driver and occasional pulling a trailer.
  3. I have a 99 2500 with 160k on it. I have replaced ball joints tie rod ends track bar and it still drives hard. I still kind of darts or wonders. It wants to go every way but strait down the road. I was wondering what you guys had for input on what to do as far as a gear box or aftermarket steering box. Thanks Joel
  4. Quad 4x4 sells an install tool and seals. Trust me once you get the tool all your friends want to use it.lol:lmao:
  5. Always keep an ear our for your Central disconect collar popping off too. Vaccum accuated diaphram goes bad and makes for costly repair. Just for future problems...
  6. I have an 05 quad cab that the batteries leak down in. If you are driving it every 3 days no problem but if you let it set a week the battries are all but dead. Cables are good and terminals are clean.
  7. I was reading about the adjustable ball joints. Currious if they are any good. I need to slap some in my 99. Or might just run to napa and get some. Wondering if anyone has experience with these.
  8. Im not much of an auto man but i thought the locked up converter was overdrive. You can turn the ground switch off and push the od off button on your shifter and then flip the switch back on to lock it in third.

  11. Hey you just as well buy a few extra fittings and a another 20 inches of hose and go from your fuel filter housing to your VP it is worth it.
  12. Hey I was wondering if anyone has tried or been around these clutches? Looking at ceramic. Any goods or bads to these? Going in my 99. 12.25 or upgrade to 13?
  13. Fuel line that is bigger is the one going to the pump and smaller line is return. But as far as that goes 1/2 inch big line kit with draw straw sounds like where its at to me with that big of a pump.
  14. My 99 quad cab long box always makes you work to drive it. It does not wonder down the road, it seems to be sensitive to movement of the steering wheel have checked tie rods and steering links. Wonder what you guys though should be next on my list.
