I have a small leak on injector line #6 rite where it connects to the injector tube. It looks like the threads are leaking a small amout. But enough that when it sits for a bit it usually doesnt start first time. Like it has to prime itself again, but starts no problem an runs fine after that. Im looking to replace the line soon. Just wondering if anyone has tried some thread sealer tape to quick fix the problem?! Just wondering if its worth the time to do the quick fix or if it even works

So I finally got around to installing the 103lb springs and pushrods which went well started truck with no problems and runs well. But after sitting over night had to turn over quite a bit to get it to fire off. I think I must have a leak somewhere between vp and injectors but I can't see one. I used all new o-rings from DAP and new copper washers I was a little hesitant about the washers though b/c new ones were 1.5mm and old were 2 mm but guys at DAP said it should be fine. Any ideas where to start?

Working on my rear brakes this evening I discovered an unfortunate problem - my pass. side axle seal is done for. There's a nice nasty coating of oil on the inside of the drum, and the snout of the axle is covered in greasy black brake dust. I've never had an axle out of this truck before, but we rebuilt the diff in my brother-in-law's '05 Chevy 2500 (AAM axle) a couple months ago, so it's not exactly foreign ground for me... but that said, is there anything I need to look out for? I know I need to get a gasket for the axle plate, but what other parts (besides obviously the new seal) do I need to get?

hey guys, i got a problem. late last week my power steering barfed up all the fluid all at once and had no power steering. after crawling under the truck, the only place i can find fluid is on the front of the gear box. all the hoses and lines seem dry. the hoses are in the factory slit-loom and none of the loom has fluid in them. it didn't barf it from the connection on the gear box as far as i can tell and the area around and below the pump are dry also. i looks as if it all came out from around the circle in the front of the gear box (but i don't see any holes, just fluid). i'm about to pull it later tonight, but is there anything i might be overlooking? any suggestion or thoughts are welcome. thx in advance

I constantly have what I think is oil around my injectors. (it doesn't smell like fuel)I'm guessing it's my valve cover gaskets.hopefully these pictures will post and I can get other opinions.I should adjust my valves anyway.

I just notticed this morning after arriving at work that I have a slow drip. I tried tightening the plug but it Will not tighten up enough to stop the drip. I searched it and of course it can't just be a normal frickin screw in plug . Anybody deal with this drain plug before. Thoughts suggestions ? I am at work so don't want to mess with it till I get home. Thanks Rob
