What aren't you impressed with?I had noticeably less low boost smoke, quicker throttle response, more boost at lower rpms (rpms required for 30 psi dropped by about 150) and cooler intake air temps.

There maybe less smoke at low rpm but thats about it. Everything is still the same. I dont have a boost gauge but I cant feel any diff. or hear any diff.

Without a boost gauge I doubt you will notice the difference. It takes a lot of power to feel a difference, and your just not going to get it with a intake mod, but you will get lower EGT's for the same fuel/rpm. The stock intake on these trucks is good for 450+ rwhp, all your doing with a mod like the MIT is making it more efficient.. but it's not a seat of the pants mod, but with gauges you can see the before/after difference. The throttle response is mostly noted by a quicker spooling turbo and seen in the boost gauge. Your fueling doesn't change so the motor can only fuel so hard. Hopefully I didn't steer you wrong in your mods, I think the benefits are worth the cost.. and certainly more than any other pre-turbo intake mod (well same as the home depot CAI, but again with the HD CAI you won't feel anything)

After I wrote responce I went out and got into it a little and I can say for sure it has less smoke so that's a plus. You think there will be any mpg increase?I have been getting 16mpg intown and hwy combine.

The only thing I have really seen any mpg increase from is the Smarty Jr.. Thou the turbo seems to have made a difference too, but still to early to tell.
