What would the probable problem be? Where to look?

First, check the horn itself, verify that it actually works. Then check for power at the wire harness at the horn. If nothing there, work your way back to the column.....

Sorry for the old thread ..... checked horns, relay and fuse ..... all ok

Clockspring is broken.  Here's the 'eyeopener' ....... Mopar clockspring $358.44 + 12% tax    =   $401.45

Mopar partsman sells an aftermarket clockspring $129.50 + 12% tax   =   $145.04

 

Any of you fellas had any issues with an aftermarket spring?

Kinda' pricey!
