What I've done before for garage alignments is put some grease between two pieces of steel plate and put them under the front tires. Little messy but makes a good turnplate. Just make sure you chock both sides of both rear tires or the front end can slide over.

I've seen this video before and after sawing at the wheel after a steering brace, new lower control arms, a castor adjustment, rotating tires and changing air pressure I decided it was worth a shot. My toe was in about 5/8 of an inch so I set it dead even for starters and I like it! Seems way more manageable on the road. Also I noticed by rotating the position of the drag link I can see the right tire move a hair. I think this is where the wandering is coming from on these trucks. The actual motion of all of the variable components cause the toe to constantly adjust as you drive. I'll give this a shot for a few days.

Won't work on a "leveled" truck I don't believe. Not unless you've got the adjustable track bar at least.
