Need a good cheaper bumper. It's only a matter of Time before I hit a deer on my New commute route. 

Any recommendations?

Depends on the wall thickness but generally 1/8" - 1/4" can be bent fairly easy with a manual tubing bender. 

There are a few places that do bending in my area. I plan to get tube bent, then cut to length.
