Can you give us more details?

How are you trying to load the tune, what tune are you loading.  Are there errors?

Once you clarify what issue you are having we can help.  Have you watched the videos i created for loading tunes?

I have tried loading multiple custom tunes and none of them will load. The app says that 37 tuning parameters not loaded or something to that effect. The Adrenaline works great otherwise.

Make sure you selecting the right vehicle and version in Vehicle Selection. Like my tunes are based on the "V2 Dodge 1998-2002 Version 2.5" Be aware there are other versions listed and will prevent the tune from loading.

Yep,  I would also flash your box under the hood for good measure.  I am guessing the wrong profile is loaded on the app

I have tried loading tunes in both Version 2.4 and 2.5, version 2.5 mainly though.

I have also tried to flash my box and the box will not connect to the computer.

The loading of the tune should only be done on profile 2.5  I am guessing you have a mismatch in data.

I would flash the box then try again.

My box that’s under the hood won’t connect to the computer. I have followed the instructions for flashing the box and have everything installed but the Adrenaline Box will not connect to the computer, I have also used multiple cords and purchased a new cord because I figured that was the problem but it still won’t work.

The driver did not install using the flasher program that was downloaded from the article?

With my computer, windows 7 64 bit, the only way the flasher program will see the box is if I click update (or flash or whatever the button is), and then plug in the usb quickly. If I plug it in then try to flash, it won't connect, and I hear windows constantly dinging trying to connect over and over.

As for myself being the odd duck, I'm all Ubuntu Linux OS system here I've got Windows 7 in a VirtualBox and capable of update flashing my Quadzilla Adrenaline. Just like the guys said when the USB is plugged in it should ding about 1-2 second apart attempting to connect to the Quadzilla.

I have tried many many times and no computer I try to flash it on will even recognize the device as connected.

Please ensure you are using a data transfer usb cable. alot of the usb cables are power only, IE missing 2 of the wires needed.

I’m using a cord that is for a camera to transfer pictures with. Where could I get one that will for sure work?

IF it transfers picture from your camera it is the right cable.

I am still nto sure what issue you are having?  Up top it seemed like you where trying to load a custom tune on your phone, down below it seems like you are trying to flash your box.

Yes at first I was wondering why my phone wouldn’t load a custom tune, but now I’m trying to flash my box and it won’t flash
