Ok guys still chasing my intermediate miss still may be injectors but want to ruel out alternator first ac noise mine is 0.24 has bosh on it bought rebuilt at napa it was worse so one would alternator cause miss and is 0.24 bad and will dens0 alternator fit my truck in place of bosh if it  is hot miss at idle you can turn truck off start back up miss is gone getting 20 mph on fuel runs strong cleaned all grounds run fuel cleaner through it sometimes go a while no miss then it will miss i no lot of folks having same issue don't mind spending money just want to apply it in right place  sorry I'm not very good at  fancy writing. Maybe i need to convert it to a p pump.Thanks

.24 is too much, I can get close to .08 with accessories on and truck reved up to 2500rpm which is pushing it. Denso will fit just fine at least on my 02 it does, I got it when I was having problems with my Bosch used it for few weeks and then I rebuild my Bosch and put it back on so now it's a spear. Denso out of box was around. 05 but after driving with it it came down to. 03, I'm guessing brushes had to wear in. Here is a denso I got on line from some Mopar discount site, can't remember which one now, seems there are several selling same thing. Keep in mind my truck is early 02.

Where did you buy parts for the bosch if you don't mind telling me thanks,

Did your Denso alternator plug right in place of the Bosch connections?  I have a 2001 so it should be similar, but the stock unit is a Bosch.  My AC noise measured 0.025 VAC.

For Boosh I got parts at local alternator/starter rebuilder shop. I also found parts on line but can't remember now where. 

Yes denso bolted right up to my truck. 

It bolts right up but I had to change the wire terminals a little bit to go to the Denso unit on my 02. Now both trucks are Denso alternators.
