June 20, 201015 yr The high rail pressure is probably the FCA/Fuel Control Actuator. It's located on the CP3 and is the part with the electrical plug. It controls the amount of fuel entering the "pump" part of the CP3. They have been known to stick open.
June 20, 201015 yr Author Owner That was my thought too... Being the owner doesn't seem to have the code this time... Also I forgot to mention the fact he had it completely shut down once throw a few error codes including ECM failure... Then waited for about 15 mintues and it fired right back up like nothing happened... I suggested a wet or loose connection to this problem...
June 20, 201015 yr The 03-04 had an isue with the wiring harness rubbing through where it wraps around the front of the head and causing fan issues.
