Hey guys it's me again. I am having a problem with the iquad app I'm having a hard time loading custom Tunes says variables have failed .I went on the default tune, now I cannot change levels. I have already deleted the app and reinstalled not sure where to go from here. Does anyone know how to contact quadzilla support? Phone#?

Uninstall the app and reinstall this will clear out the bad value. It could be a empty slot creating the issue. Then rebuild your tune. 

 

As for level change the engine has to be warm up past you set value to unlock the other power modes.

Thanks Mike. I will try the tune rebuild. But the level change buttons are not working even after warm-up. I have the same issue on 2 devices. Both are devices that were working. I tried the uninstall on both devices. Acting exactly the same.

If there is an invalid value in the tune it will lock up the app and not function correctly. This why uninstall and reinstall should bring you back to function. The do not use any tune files. Make sure to hand build.

It could be a broken wire in one of the connectors. You could have a 1-way communcation issue with the modules themselves as well. Try the things I mentioned in the PM, but you may need to send it in for testing.
