I start my cummins but the gas pedal dont work

I would check apps sensor connector.  It is on the bell crank assembly at the front left of cylinder head. The picture is not of the apps sensor. 

 

Do you have anyway to check for trouble codes?

Sorry wrong pic...but i was looking for the cable color the positive and negative wires
