thats all the guy said. But my friend couldn’t pull any codes with his snap on scanner or his obd. So I do t really know what to think?

is there an issue you are trying to solve?

No bus is most likely a CCD network failure. PCM creates the CCD network. The cluster sets the bias voltage.

if your friends tool doesn't pick anything up then I wouldn't worry about it.  Drive it for a week then try the snap on again
