    Thanx so much. That's what I was thinking and I might just route a new wire with an inline fuse and splice it in just before the switch and before the dash and skip all the bundled wires.

Well Ive been a member long enough, buut hvent posted enough i guess, I have a 1999 4x4 manual baby,, and would def help to have a diagram, just to look at because then again im not too electrical enclined

Sorry to trouble you. Are you able to assist me with this same issue? I just get an error when selecting the link and same when trying to put in a ticket. I'd love to have the colored version it'd be so much easier on my eyes. I've got a 97 3500 dually with standard trans, rear harness is a wreck and I'm going to need to hand make my own.
