Having a little trouble finding this answer. My service manual says 89 in lbs for the clamping bolt but nothing for the shoulder. I'm assuming it's the same but I just want to make sure. Pic for reference but I'm sure y'all know what I'm talking about

Also, just realized I forgot my in lb torque wrench that goes up that high at my house an hour away. And I don't have a torque wrench that goes to 8 ft lbs. So either I can torque it to 80 in lbs or 10ft lbs with what I currently have. I'm assuming it's not going to hurt anything giving it a little more on my inch lb torque wrench or going up to 10 ft lbs on my other torque wrench. Any insight would be appreciated

    When I did mine I shoved all injectors in, then put all shoulder bolts in and torque them to 90, then put hold downs straps in to center injectors, then get cross over tubes in and snug injector lines

I am not a professional by any means... but if it was me, I'd do the 80in/lbs then some vs going 24in/lbs over spec.  From what I read though the important torque is the fuel supply lines.  Over torquing those will cause leaks and under torquing those will cause leaks so I made sure to do those exactly to spec.  Not sure how important the hold down clamps are to be exact.

The cross over tube is first to center the injector first. Once the cross over tube snugged up you can do the injector hold down.

Yeah I put the connector tube in and they popped in like a glove. I guess I'm going to just torque both bolts at 89 in lbs.

 

 

And the reason I had to pull that shoulder bolt is because I put #103 springs in it. Or else I would have just slid it out

Make sure you do shoulder bolt first all by itself then the other with the injector strap. Shoulder bolt needs to be bottomed out.

And is that shoulder bolt at 89 in lbs? Or just tight is tight kind of thing?

When I did mine I shoved all injectors in, then put all shoulder bolts in and torque them to 90, then put hold downs straps in to center injectors, then get cross over tubes in and snug injector lines to the head a little, then I snugged other hold down bolts to about 40, then I snugged cross over tubes some more then I torqued the other hold downs to 90, then loosened few lines to cross overs and primed fuel pump few times, then cranked few times till fuel was coming out of between crossover and lines, then snugged lines down and fired it up. Check for leaks at cross over later, give it some time before you overtightened them because it'll take a bit for for fuel to stop leaking there. A lot of times it's just residual fuel left in the head that gets pushed out with heat. If they leak in few days snag a little more.
