I tend to avoid bio in the winter. Bio tends to gel quicker and tougher to un-gel.

  • Anything 5% or less does not have to be labled anything over 5% has to be labeled. My truck loved the bio diesel. Though at the 20% level I loose a little mileage, 1 mpg or so. I ran some bio just lab

Higher the cetane the lower the BTU's.    Summer fuel is dark green and light green is winter fuel.      As stated by the ASTM Lab documents...   There is no b

I worked out of King Salmon. My dad fished Bristol Bay but I mostly worked in the boat yard and sport fished.

Small world   I moved to Naknek from Laramie Wyoming in 1989.  Lived on  Leader Creek.  Worked for Naknek Electric   Hadfield and Fisherman’s Bar right on the end of the 15 mile road.  Nice big Rainbows above Rapids camp  king salmon in the Naknek at king salmon creek.  My fellow worker and I went up king salmon creek. In a 14  Lowe riveted  with a go devil on the back.  I killed us two small bull moose in the same spot that day. 338 win mag ruger m77 wood and blue.  80 yard shots Lots  of meat to bring down that little creek.  Two  three year old bull moose and two big lineman  killed many caribou there too.  Moved to DIllingham a couple years later.  Met my third wife of now 21 years  in Naknek.  What years were you there    Last time i  was in Naknek was 2010   When the 3phase power line fell down to Charlie’s Sports Shop

Small world indeed... I worked for Charlies Sport Shop and live with the owner when I was there for the summers.

My first trip to King Salmon was 1990, the summer I was 10. I then went back off and on for fun until I started working for John in 1999. I worked at Charlies from 1999-2002. I fished Herring for my dad in 2004, salmon in 2005, and then went back in 2006 for a week right before being deployed to Afghanistan and again after getting home in 2007 to help my dad do some fish hold insulation work on his and other BB boats. . That was the last time I was in King Salmon. I did get to visit Wasilla this past June, my BIL lives there.

Spent lots of time fishing Big Creek and even went on a Caribou hunt up there in 1998, right before they closed the season for a long time. On that same trip my dad shot a bear up King Salmon Creek.

Lineman are like cowboys.  We can always find a job. But if not we just move on hell at 71 I could still get a  job just yelling at the rookies and  keeping them alive retired 13 years.  Union man and proud to be.    Trucks now only I promise

Too big for me... I really don't like being in Boise at all. Reminds me of Los Angeles CA when I left back in 1990. Los Angeles was back back in the 1990. Boise was still behind by about 15 years now it caught up and has all the same problems why I left Los Angeles. I like smaller town and quiet communities.
