Does anyone know what the hell this is? I found it loose, there’s a red line and a black line. Does anyone know what is is and which line goes to where ?

Those are the vacuum lines that engage the ,CAD, front axle.

I don’t remember. I replaced mine with a cable actuator.  Hook them up. If it doesn’t work swap them. Not going to hurt anything. There is a diaphragm on the passenger axle that engages it. 

One vacuum line should be a little bit longer than the other one, which would go to the shorter metal line on the t-case crossmember.
