I am gonna be getting rid of my quadzilla really soon as I am wanting to go to the edge comp box. I just can't decide whether I wanna get the hot unlock or not, please fell free to give your :2cents:, Thanks

Ok I understand now. Thanks for explaining that. What size injectors are you looking for? I am thinking about going down to rv275's at some point. I might have a set to sell. I just wish I knew exactly what I had lol. The guy I bought the truck from "said" they are 100 hp but I am not really sure if they are or not.

^^^^^What he said. Let me know what you find out. I am most likely looking for some RV275's myself, but I wouldn't be opposed to a slightly larger injector. I think 100's would be as large as I would go though.

ok thats what I thought but I didnt want to assume. I might just do that because I also want to check my valve adjustment. Anyone have any input on what they have their valves at? Sorry I am off topic....

ISX did whole series on valve lash and performance by going to full loose extreme (0.015 0.030) to the full tight extreme (0.006 0.015) and he notice more performance on the tight side than loose. But for safety factor of valve expansion I only went a few thousandths tighter because of the long high temps I run hauling trailers. But even I notice a bit more improvement in the turbo sppools slightly faster, MPG's and exhaust brake operation.

stock is 0.010 intake and 0.020 exhaust... I'm running 0.008 on intake and 0.018 exhaust...

Why?

Ok I got the tuner back. It works great!! I had er on 5x5 this morning and did a fast take off. Got to fifth gear and she flooded out!!!! Lol. 100hp injectors on a stock turbo is no good I guess:) Sent from my ADR6350 using Tapatalk 2

Glad you got it figured out, and that it is working out good now.

What do you mean flooded out? High egt's? I can run mine up with 7x.010 (150 ish) injectors and except for the clutch slipping it just goes like crazy. Smoke should be cleaning up by time your in 5th on up in the rpm's.

It pumped enough fuel in to shut down the motor. I had to crank on it a bit to finally clean the fuel out of the cylinders. I also had a code for a turbo overboost condition lol.Sent from my ADR6350 using Tapatalk 2
